Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
When you send a catering enquiry or register your interest, we collect your name, email address and whatever else you fill in: company, phone number, preferred date and time, number of guests, delivery address, dish requests, allergies and dietary needs, and any other wishes. We only ask for what we need in order to prepare your quote.
Why we process it
We use the information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and — if you decide to order — plan and deliver your catering. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the enquiry, and thereafter performance of our agreement if an order is placed. We do not use your details for marketing unless you have said yes to it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted no later than 24 months after your last contact with us. If you place an order, we keep the details for as long as we need them to carry out the booking, and accounting records for seven years as required by Swedish law.
Who can see it
Your details are handled by Asian Delicious staff and by the IT providers that run our website and email on our behalf. We never sell your data and do not pass it on to anyone else unless we are required to by law.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to the processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will help you. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
About cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Necessary cookies are needed for the site to work and remember your cookie choice. Statistics cookies help us see how many people visit and which pages are used — they are only set once you accept them, and contain nothing that identifies you personally. You can also block and delete cookies in your browser settings.
